ILSTE Melbourne 8th Annual Research Symposium: Policy–Practice Relationships in Early Childhood Education in the Digital Age

Chaired by ILSTE’s Dr Karen McLean, presenters will include:

  • Professor Elizabeth Wood (University of Sheffield)—The implications of young children’s digital literacy practices for pedagogy and curriculum in ECE
  • Professor Susan Edwards (ILSTE)—Multimodality, local-global contexts and traditional-digital experiences as reference points for New Play Pedagogies
  • Professor Sue Grieshaber (La Trobe) and Professor Joce Nuttall (ILSTE)— Multimodal play: a threshold concept for early childhood curriculum?
